These Terms are a contract between you and Backshot Academy LLC / 7strokezmedia (“we,” “the Company”) for backshotacademy.com (the “Website”). Access is allowed only if you agree. Also read /privacy, /refund, /2257, and /dmca.
Pay attention to: disclaimer of warranties; limit on liability; Texas venue; class-action waiver; one-year limit on claims.
Age. Only adults who are at least 18 and who have reached the age of majority where they live may use the Website. You must also be 21 if you are in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska, or Wyoming. If you do not meet that, leave now.
No automatic renewal. Unless a live product page clearly says otherwise, Premium, Academy, and Alumni do not automatically charge your wallet, card, or exchange again. There is no Wix or card auto-renewal on the current crypto checkout. Pay again before the period ends if you want another period.
1. Introduction.
1.1 The Website sells access to digital content (streaming video, course pages, and paid promotion). Streaming quality depends on your device and bandwidth.
1.2 These Terms apply to visitors and paying members. Creating an account, buying a product, applying as a creator, or using any page means you agree. If you do not agree, leave. If you breach these Terms we may lock the account, block access, and end paid access.
1.3 We may change these Terms by updating this page. The date at the top is the effective date. Changes do not apply backward. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the site.

2. Affirmative representations.
By using the Website you state that all of the following are true:
2.1 You are at least 18 (and 21 where that is required), have reached the age of majority where you live, and can enter this contract.
2.2 Information you give us is accurate, and you will update it.
2.3 You are authorized to complete the checkout you use (including sending crypto from a wallet you control).
2.4 You are not accessing the Website from a place where that would violate local law.
2.5 You understand this is adult material.
2.6 Using this site or buying a product does not create an attorney-client relationship. Academy is training, not legal advice and not a promise of income.
3. Accessing the Website.
We may change or take down pages without notice. We are not liable if the site is down. You are responsible for your own device, internet, and age-gate.
4. Your account.
4.1 Register with accurate information and a password you keep secret.
4.2 You are responsible for everything done under that login. Tell us if someone else used it.
4.3 We are not liable for loss because someone used your password. You may be liable if they use it to harm us or another user.
4.4 Do not use another person’s account.
4.5 We try to protect accounts. No site is perfectly safe. You provide information at your own risk.
4.6 You agree to receive account emails (payment, unlock, security). Those emails satisfy “written notice.” Marketing mail, if any, can be opted out as described in /privacy. Transactional mail may still go out. Mail from us may be sexually explicit.
5. Intellectual property.
5.1 We or our licensors own the Website: text, video, audio, design, course, logos, and arrangement.
5.2 We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use pages and files you paid for, during the paid window, for personal non-commercial use.
5.3 You must not copy, scrape, download (unless a file is marked downloadable), record, leak, modify, resell, or strip notices. Temporary RAM and browser cache incidental to viewing are allowed.
5.4 “Backshot Academy,” “7strokezmedia,” “TeddyStrokez,” “BiggDebbieCakez,” and related marks are ours or used with permission. Do not use them without written permission.
6. Prohibited uses.
Use the Website only lawfully. You must not:
(a) violate law, including export rules;
(b) exploit or harm minors, or show them adult material;
(c) spam or run unapproved ads;
(d) impersonate another user or us;
(e) harass users or damage the site’s operation;
(f) overload, scrape, or bot the site without written permission;
(g) introduce malware;
(h) break into servers, accounts, or other users’ data;
(i) run a denial-of-service attack.
Also banned on this site: anyone under 18 in a depiction; “teen / lolita / underage” bait; CSAM; stolen, leaked, revenge, or non-consensual files; deepfakes of a real person who did not consent.
7. Termination.
Either side may end the relationship by written notice. We may suspend or ban you for breach or conduct that would harm the brand. On termination, your license ends. Paid days already used are not automatically refunded. Survival: ownership, 2257 duties, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnity.
8. Changes to the Website.
Content can be incomplete or outdated. We do not have to update every page.
9. Privacy.
See /privacy.
10. Products, billing, no auto-renewal.
10.1 Premium ($34.99 unless the live page says otherwise): members-only video library for one period.
10.2 Academy ($149.99 unless the live page says otherwise): course pages for one period. Training only. No guaranteed income.
10.3 Creator listing: free to apply at https://www.backshotacademy.com/application. Approval is not automatic.
10.4 Alumni Add-On ($89.99 unless the live page says otherwise): paid promotion for one period, including the link-in-bio page. Buyers still complete that same form. Details and deliverables are on the product page and the Alumni PDF.
10.5 Pay through the listed crypto checkout (NOWPayments), not Wix cards. Confirm the USD amount on the invoice before you send coins. Access or placement starts when payment is confirmed.
10.6 These products do not automatically recharge. There is no trial that flips into a card charge on this checkout.
10.7 Price changes do not rewrite a period you already paid.
10.8 Chargebacks and disputes: email us first (/contact). A chargeback can close the account and listings.
10.9 Refunds: /refund. Purchases are generally final once digital access or placement starts, except as that page says.
11. Links.
Outbound links (OnlyFans, Fansly, X, NOWPayments, creator URLs) are third-party sites. We do not control them. You use them at your own risk.
12. Geographic restrictions.
We operate in the United States (Texas). We do not state that the Website is legal everywhere. If you use it from another country, you are responsible for local law.
13. Warranty disclaimers.
The Website, content, and products are provided as is, with all faults, and as available. We do not warrant that pages will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free, or that they will meet your expectations. No extra warranty is created by support email or course text. You handle your own antivirus and backups.
14. Limit on liability; release.
To the extent the law allows, we and our people are not liable for: errors in content; injury or property damage from use of the site; other users’ conduct; hacks of servers or accounts; downtime; malware; device incompatibility; failed checkouts; or loss from content you viewed or uploaded. You release us from disputes between you and other users or third parties.
15. Exclusion of damages; exclusive remedy.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress. If you are unhappy, your exclusive remedy is to stop using the site. Our maximum liability for a claim is the greater of $250 and the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; then they apply only as far as the law allows.
16. Indemnification.
You will cover us (and our people) for loss caused by: your use of the site; your breach; your uploaded files; your violation of law or someone else’s rights — except to the extent we caused it by intentional misconduct.
17. Creators and 2257.
If you apply, buy Alumni, or give us files to host or promote, you must follow /2257 and the Alumni product terms. Every person depicted must have been 18+ at production. Provide ID and a signed release for every person in a file we host. Uploader ID is not enough if someone else is in the shot. We may refuse or delete files. Suspected illegal files may be reported to law enforcement.
18. Governing law; venue.
Texas law governs, without conflict-of-law rules. This is a license of access, not a sale of goods. The UN CISG does not apply. Except for claims that must stay in small-claims court, exclusive venue is in state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. You consent to that venue.
19. Claims procedure.
19.1 Class waiver. You bring claims only in your own name, not as part of a class or representative action.
19.2 Jury waiver. Each side waives a jury to the extent the law allows.
19.3 Injunctive relief. Either side may go to court to stop IP theft, leaks, or unauthorized access.
19.4 Time limit. You must bring a claim within one year after it arises, unless a statute requires a longer period.
19.5 Expenses. The prevailing party in a dispute may recover reasonable costs as a court allows.
20. General.
20.1 Entire agreement, plus product pages and /privacy /refund /2257 /dmca.
20.2 We may assign this contract. You may not assign your account.
20.3 A missed enforcement is not a waiver.
20.4 If one clause fails, the rest stays.
20.5 Notices to us: support@backshotacademy.com. Notices to you: email on the account or a post on the site.
20.6 Force majeure: we are not liable for delay caused by disaster, war, outage, strike, or attack we do not control.
20.7 No partnership or employment is created.
20.8 Clicking “I agree,” creating an account, or paying is an electronic signature.
20.9 Feedback is not confidential; we may use it without paying you.
