We take reports about content on this site seriously. Anyone can use this page to report content, file a complaint, or ask for content to be removed. You do not need an account and you do not need to be a customer.
Report illegal or non-consensual content.
If you believe anything on backshotacademy.com (a video, image, trailer, live session, creator page, title, tag, or description):
-
shows anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18;
-
was recorded, shared, or posted without the consent of a person shown in it;
-
shows you, or someone you represent, without consent (including leaked, "revenge," hidden-camera, deepfake, or AI-generated content);
-
shows non-consensual, violent, or otherwise illegal activity; or
-
breaks our Terms of Service or our payment processor's rules,
report it right away.
How to report or file a complaint.
Email legal@backshotacademy.com with the subject line "Content Report" (or "Complaint").
Please include:

the exact URL(s) of the content;
-
a short description of the problem;
-
whether you are the person shown (or authorized to act for them); and
-
how we can reach you.
You may report anonymously, but we may not be able to tell you the outcome if we cannot contact you. Do not send intimate images of yourself to prove a report; a URL and description are enough to start.
You can also report content to our payment processor using CCBill's Complaints/Takedown Request form:

What happens after you report.

We acknowledge your report within 2 business days.

We review and resolve every complaint within 7 business days of receiving it, and tell you the outcome if you gave us a way to reach you.

Content that appears to involve a minor, or that is plainly illegal, is taken down immediately while we review it. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, and we notify our payment processor and bank as required.

Reports that a person shown did not consent are treated as urgent: we take the content down while we check our consent and ID records.
Content removal.
If our review finds that content is illegal, non-consensual, missing required age, ID, or consent records, or breaks our rules, we remove it from the site (including trailers, clips, stream loops, and promo posts we control) and do not re-post it. We may also suspend or close the account of the person who supplied it.
Removal requests and appeals by anyone shown in content.
If you appear in content on this site, you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing legal@backshotacademy.com with the subject "Removal Request." This includes when:

you never consented to being recorded or to the content being published;
-
your consent was obtained by force, fraud, or pressure; or
-
you have withdrawn your consent.
We take the content down while we review your request and check our records. If consent is missing, invalid, or has been withdrawn, the content is removed permanently.
Appeals.
If you disagree with our decision on any report, complaint, or removal request (including a decision to keep content up or to take content down), reply to our decision email or email legal@backshotacademy.com with the subject "Appeal." Tell us which decision you are appealing and why. A person who was not involved in the first decision will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact our payment processor through the CCBill form above.
Copyright complaints.
For copyright infringement claims, use our DMCA / Copyright page (https://www.backshotacademy.com/dmca). For anything involving a minor, a lack of consent, or other illegal content, use this page; you do not need to wait for a DMCA process.
