What you are buying.
Premium, Academy, and Alumni are digital access or digital promotion. Access or placement starts when crypto payment is confirmed. These plans do not automatically charge your wallet again.
Default rule.
Refunds are discretionary except where law requires otherwise. A confirmed payment that unlocked access or started Alumni placement is generally not refunded.
When we will look at a refund or a re-run.

You paid, and we never unlocked the product after a confirmed NOWPayments “finished / confirmed” status

Duplicate payment for the same period

We refused Alumni after payment for brand-fit, and we never started placement (we may refund or offer a later window)
When we will not refund.

You finished watching, then asked for your money back.

You shared a login, leaked a file, or broke the Terms.

Chargeback or payment dispute.

Missing 2257 packet, false records, or we removed a listing for policy.

You missed a spaces or did not send photos/intro video during the 30 days.

Crypto network fees, coin price movement, or sending the wrong asset.

You paid the wrong amount because you did not confirm ~$34.99 / ~$89.99 / ~$149.99 on the invoice screen.
How to ask
Email 7strokezmedia@proton.me with login email, product name, date, amount, invoice / payment ID, and why. We reply during business hours.
Chargebacks.
A chargeback or dispute can close the account and all listings. Ask us first.
