18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not consist of depictions of conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)–(D), are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt (including because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995).

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct, or otherwise, all persons depicted were at least eighteen (18) years of age when the visual depictions were created.

Content we produce
Visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct that we produce (including material featuring TeddyStrokez and BiggDebbieCakez created for this site) are covered by this statement. Required records for those depictions are maintained by the Custodian of Records named below.

Content submitted by creators that we host or publish
This site may host or display visual depictions provided by approved creators (including Creator / Alumni listings, featured-model pages, trailers, intro videos, stream-loop clips, and promo posts we publish).

For every such file that depicts actual sexually explicit conduct and that we host, duplicate, or publish on this website:

• We require the submitting creator to provide, before publication, government photo identification and a signed release for every person depicted in that file, plus production date, a title or file name we can match to the URL on this site, and a statement that the creator owns the file or has the right to license it to us.

• An uploader’s ID alone is not accepted if another person appears in the file.

• We maintain a copy of that packet as part of the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, indexed to the depiction as published on this site.

• Those records are kept by the same Custodian of Records named below.

A Creator page that only links to a third-party site (OnlyFans, Fansly, X, or similar) does not, by the link alone, move that third-party library onto this website. The requirements in this paragraph apply when we host or publish the file on backshotacademy.com or in a stream loop or promo post we control.

We do not accept, and will not publish, visual depictions of anyone under eighteen (18) years of age, or material that uses “teen,” “lolita,” “underage,” or similar wording to suggest a minor. Child sexual abuse material is prohibited. Suspected illegal files will be refused or removed and may be reported to law enforcement.
