Cancellation Policy

■ LIVE WEBCAM SESSION POLICY ■ PRICING (PAID IN FULL ONLINE VIA NOWPAYMENTS, CRYPTO) • Solo with BiggDebbieCakez or TeddyStrokez, $10 per minute: 2 min $20, 5 min $50, 10 min $100. • Duo with BiggDebbieCakez and TeddyStrokez together, $35 per minute: 10 min $350, 25 min $875, 45 min $1,575. • Your slot is reserved once crypto payment is confirmed. Confirm the USD total on the invoice screen before paying. ■ RESTRICTIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) • No Anal, Age Play, Race Play, Family Play, or any illegal activity. ■ SESSION POLICIES • Sessions are billed per minute; you choose your desired time. • Recording or sharing the live session is not allowed without explicit permission. • All performers are 18+ and age-verified. • No off-site payments, meetups, or sharing personal contact information during the session. • Sessions are private between you and the performer(s). • The session begins only after payment is confirmed. • Technical issues on our side may result in a partial credit; issues on your side are not refundable. ■ RESCHEDULING • Sessions can't be rescheduled online. • 24+ hours before start: email support@backshotacademy.com and we'll move it to an open slot (one free reschedule) or give site credit for the full USD amount. • Less than 24 hours before start: one reschedule within 14 days if a slot is open. No refund. ■ NO-SHOWS AND LATE JOINS • Not in the session within 10 minutes of the start time: the session is forfeited. • Joining late: the session still ends at the booked end time. Unused minutes do not carry over. ■ REFUNDS • Refunds are discretionary except where law requires otherwise. Once a session has started, it is generally not refunded. • We review a refund, credit, or re-run if: we never confirmed your slot after a confirmed NOWPayments payment; we cancelled or moved your session and no new time works; the session dropped on our side and could not be restored; or you paid twice for the same slot. • No refunds for: missed starts, your own connection or device issues, rule violations, chargebacks, crypto network fees, coin price movement, or sending the wrong asset or amount. • If we cancel: we offer a new time first, then site credit or a refund of the confirmed USD amount, minus network fees. ■ QUESTIONS • Email support@backshotacademy.com with your login email, session date and time, amount, and payment ID. ■ FULL POLICY • https://www.backshotacademy.com/live-policy
