1. Price and billing.
Creator application: free. (must be approval) Alumni add-on: $89.99 USD for one 30-day period from unlock unless the live product page says otherwise. Alumni does not automatically charge your wallet, card, or exchange again. No Wix or card auto-renewal on the current crypto checkout. Pay again before the window ends to stay in Alumni rotation. We can still remove a listing for policy reasons after a payment.
2. Who it is for.
Adult creators 18 or older (21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Wyoming) and of legal age where they view the site. You must be the person on the page, or have written permission and required records for every person shown. Minors cannot apply or buy. We can refuse anyone who fails 18+, content, 2257, or brand-fit review — including after an Alumni payment, in which case we handle that as a refused listing under section 8.

Academy course. Us filming you. Opportunity for collaboration. Daily posting. Running your OnlyFans or Fansly inbox. (Please inquire about x account management.) A promised subscriber or income number. Hosting your full scene library unless we separately agree. Extra paid ads, downloads, coaching, or site admin access.
5. How it works:
Create a site account.
Complete the Creator application. (Approval status is waved, complete the form include all required responses)
Add Alumni add-on. Pay $89.99 through the listed crypto checkout (NOWPayments).
We start creating your page using the assets provided when you completed the Creator application.
6. Your deliverables.
On request: approved photos, bio, working links, intro video (Alumni), and interview / Spaces availability (Alumni). If you do not send them or fail to provide requested deliverables within your term period (30 days), we do not owe extra days or a refund for skipped posts. We write captions and pick which account posts which week. We may refuse a photo, clip, caption, or link that breaks site, X, or OnlyFans rules.
8. Records, 2257, legal, removal, refunds.
You are responsible for 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / 2257A records for material you supply or link where the law requires them. Our /2257 page covers material we produce. If you apply for a Creator listing, buy Alumni, or give us photos, video, or other sexually explicit material to post on this site, on X, on OnlyFans friends lists, or in a stream loop, you also agree to this.
You must be able to prove every person shown is 18+.
(Media you upload must not include anyone other that you) That includes you and every other person who appears in the file or photo. An uploader ID alone is not enough if someone else is in the shot.
Before we publish anything you send, you must give us (and keep current):
A government photo ID for you.
A government photo ID for every other person depicted.
A signed release from every person depicted: they were 18+ at production, they consent to appear, and they consent to us displaying and promoting that material on this site, X, OnlyFans friends/promo posts, and the live-stream loop.
Date of production and a title or file name we can match to the URL on this site.
A statement that you own the file or have the right to license it to us.
Your legal name, performer name(s), and the site-login email we should match to payment.
We may refuse, delay, or take down a listing or file until that packet is complete. We may ask for a new packet if the file changes. Do not email IDs in an open social DM. Use the Creator form or the address we give you for records. If we host or duplicate that material on this site, we will keep a copy of the packet as part of this site’s records under the custodian named on /2257.
What you may not send.
Anyone who was under 18 at production. “Teen / lolita / underage” bait. Stolen, leaked, revenge, or non-consensual files. Deepfakes of a real person who did not consent. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Law enforcement will be contacted if illegal files are uploaded.
Link-only vs hosted.
A Creator page that only links to your OnlyFans / Fansly / X does not move your OnlyFans library onto this site. The moment we host your photo or video on backshotacademy.com, or use it in a stream loop or promo post we publish, these requirements apply to that file.
A listing is a limited, revocable license to use that page on our site.
You do not own our domain, design, trademarks, or audience. Crypto is processed by NOWPayments, not Wix. Confirm about $89.99 before you send coins.
Free Creator listings are not a paid product. Alumni digital placement starts when payment is confirmed. Refunds are discretionary except where law requires otherwise. We can remove a listing for policy, fraud, chargebacks, complaints, missing or false 2257 records, or legal risk. Chargebacks, leaks, or false records can close the account and the listing. Paid days are not automatically refunded when we pull a listing for those reasons.
Site Terms, Privacy, Refund, and 2257 pages control if they conflict with this product text.
